MUST Student ReviewsJudy G. Dotson, Detroit, MI

My experience with MUST was a rewarding one. When I enrolled in the university for a Business Management program I was working two jobs, one full and one part-time, so time was of essence and the convenience of classes made it easier for me to manage my studies with my professional life. I also loved the pace of the classes and the opportunity of interacting with fellow students in other countries.

The best part about studying at MUST was that I could attend the classes any time from the comfort of my home or at work – however I pleased. I was able to fit the flexible schedule easily around my daily routine and didn’t have to worry about pressing deadlines for assignments. While all this sounds easy, it does require quite a bit of motivation and organization. Attending online classes at MUST made me more committed, helping me to balance my work and family life with my studies.

Initially I thought that it would be hard to get in contact with the professors if I had an urgent question about an assignment or a project, but that was never the case. The faculty was available 24/7 and was quick to assist. I recommend online programs to any individual who is capable of studying independently and does not require face to face interaction. The key to succeeding in an online course, I believe, is to plan your time wisely, study a bit each day and try not to get behind. So thank you MUST for inspiring me and helping me become more responsible!

MUST University Reviews

Walter Olson, Everett, WA

Life wasn’t easy for me and I had been struggling to make ends meet. For past few years I had been working at a local hospital and I was getting nowhere. On a high school diploma, I suppose that was the most I could do. A few of my colleagues had online degrees and I saw doors of opportunities opening for them. I felt motivated, just watching them succeed, and wanting the same for myself led me to enroll at MUST University. I applied for an Associate Degree in the Criminal Justice program.

Was I skeptical? Yes! Initially I wasn’t sure I will be able to balance both work and studies together. But once I started attending lectures online, I realized that this was easier than traditional college. The best part was that I could fit my studies around my routine. Commitment and motivation led me on and I graduated, soon after which I was promoted to the shift supervisor position. This boosted my spirits further and I enrolled for a Bachelor’s degree in Management.

The experience changed my life! Although I am currently studying at MUST for my Bachelor’s degree but the career prospects and opportunities have already started becoming visible. The faculty was very helpful and communicating with other students aided me in improving my communication skills. Now I can correspond professionally between all levels of the facility, be it the helping staff or the director of the facility. Now I am no longer the shy Walter Olson everyone knew a few years back. Thank you MUST!

Online University

Patricia A. Meier, Saskatoon, Canada

I was rusticated from the St. Thomas More College in Saskatoon because of my big attendance problem. With a part-time job as a makeup artist, I was finding it hard to cope with the tough study schedule at college. It seemed like my love for makeup and passion for learning psychology could not go along. After getting dropped out of the college, I had almost given up the idea of pursuing a professional degree. That is when a friend introduced me to MUST University.

Although I was new to online learning, a MUST University representative helped me get a better understanding of the entire process. To my surprise, most of the credits earned at the previous college were easily transferred to MUST University. They gave me a chance to resume from where I had left. Their course plan was very comprehensive but they made the learning process easy by offering me a customized schedule. All the notes and lectures were downloadable and I could pick the dates of assessment as per my convenience.

Here I am now, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and my own small salon which I was able to set up during the course of my degree. I believe this degree will help me understand my customers’ psyche and grow my business accordingly.

I graduated from the University of Tokyo a few years back and joined an IT company in my home town. Later I saw some better opportunities in the USA and started applying for work over there. I got hired by a US telecom giant and I had to move to California. It was a wonderful opportunity for me but my hectic work schedule didn’t allow me to continue my studies further.

I knew I could easily get a promotion if I could complete my master’s degree. Being a highly competitive person, I was desperate to complete my master’s degree. I came across MUST University while looking for online degree programs. It was not a very expensive university, so I immediately enrolled in an online master’s degree. The course plan was very flexible, designed keeping mind the needs of busy professionals like me. And, without putting my job on hold or suffering any other ordeal, I smoothly completed my degree in two years. Thanks to the degree, I’m expecting a big promotion in my company by the end of this quarter.

I’m very thankful to MUST University for providing me with such an amazing platform to upgrade my education and better my prospects!

Online Education

Dave Wilson , San Diego, California

As someone with no knowledge of online classroom structure, I am able to say that MUST University program gave me everything I needed to achieve my goal of graduation. At first, I was hesitant to pursue an online bachelor’s degree because I thought it would be too technical for me to understand and study using online classrooms. I didn’t understand that the online format offered by MUST University was completely different than I thought it to be.  It has adapted to the needs of working adults making it tremendously easy to use and understand. MUST University has specially designed an interactive and a personalized student’s area where I could easily study and manage my complete program. Read the rest of this entry »

Life has been good to me. After my father died, he left his garage to me when I had just graduated from high school. Young and devout, I made it my passion, and my mother resumed her job as a school teacher, so the two of us helped each other make ends meet, until recession hit America and the garage went out of business. I got a job at a more established car repair shop as I struggled to prove myself to my boss -  something I found really difficult because I was not used to working for anyone else. My boss mentioned opening another garage as his operations increased and how he wanted someone with formal education to help him run his business. I believed I had the aptitude for the job but lacked ‘formal education’. Depressed at my fate, I went home and searched online for a university I could attend while I continued to work. I found MUST and enrolled myself in the B.E. program for a bachelor’s degree in engineering. During this time my boss hired someone to help him run the second garage but he was all talk and no action. In the end, my boss had to let him go despite his credentials.

One evening, I was sitting with my boss when he was exhausted from working double jobs and I mentioned how I was about to complete my degree, he stared at me in disbelief. I shared some details of the courses I was being taught and the things I was learning – many of which didn’t even apply at work – but it was enough for him to assign me the role of an acting manager. Now I was exhausted, as I was trying to prove myself at work and complete my degree at the same time, but I managed to pass the tests, and my role was made permanent. Now I am chasing the American dream and planning to reopen the garage my father had left me with the same name, only bigger and better. What’s more, I even encouraged my mother to go for a masters degree in Education so that she can improve her job quality, and earn some much-needed computer/Internet skills.
